What is EFT?
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a universal healing tool where you can tap on your acupressure points to create changes in the brain that reprogram the body’s reaction to stress triggers. This technique has been proven clinically effective as a powerful way of releasing stress, fears, phobias, anxieties, angers, addictions, and all kinds of emotional, and physical issues. When we tap on these points on our body, we send a calming signal to the Amygdala part of our brain, which is also known as our fight or flight response.
